Social
We aim to coordinate our activities with community agendas, balancing economic, social and environmental value.
Our actions help those in need and raise awareness among the people who are part of our company about the need to get involved with community assistance.
From our offices, shopping centers and different business units, we seek to promote community activities and raise awareness on social issues.
We seek to partner up and work with large companies and suppliers locally and globally committed to the triple impact of their actions.
Customer service and support
Conectados con VOS is our contact center, where we manage interactions with customers through different customer service channels, including social networks, telephony, e-mails and telepresence.
We have integrated new external platforms (IVR, Bot) with our CRM to get more information from our customers in order to analyze and collaborate in decision making, permanently optimizing services. These improvements changed our customers’ perception of service quality: the NPS (Net Promoter Score) of the Contact Center grew in the last year, reaching +57 and fulfilling the established KPI objectives.
Foundations

From IRSA Foundation we create programs and accompany initiatives that promote people’s comprehensive development so that they can face their needs and expectations independently. Through our mission, we support projects that promote Education, Culture, Human Welfare and Social Strengthening. The experience down the road we have traveled together so far with more than 100 civil society organizations encourages us to multiply the future impact of our projects and to commit ourselves in the long term with the development of our country.

The Abasto Children’s Museum proposes an alternative meeting space that integrates play, movement, perception, understanding and expression, encouraging curiosity, interest in the unknown and the imagination of a transforming look. Based on the declaration of children’s rights, it was designed to promote the development of their own potential, “learning by doing” and “playing and having fun learning”, which are for us fundamental concepts of this space. The Children’s Museum has been declared of educational, cultural and touristic interest by National and Buenos Aires City governmental entities.

Puerta 18 is an open and free space for artistic and technological creation, aimed at facilitating access to digital teaching and learning spaces for young people ages 13 to 24, preparing them for the work world.

First social impact bonus in Argentina
Our foundation participated as one of the five investors in the first social impact bonus in Argentina, together with other financial institutions and a private investor. This bond is an innovative financial tool that combines the efforts of the State, companies and NGOs to generate employment and improve training for 1,000 extremely vulnerable young people.
This experience lays the foundation for the development of future bonds focused on different social problems, providing relevant data and evidence in order to design inclusion programs. In addition, the bond received recognition in the “Investment of the Year/Education” category at the Environmental Finance Awards Impact 2020, a prestigious award that highlights sustainable practices and the work of impact investors at a global level.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We are committed to providing a diverse work environment, based on equality, trust, tolerance and respect.
To this end, we work in partnership with various organizations, such as ADEEI, IDEL, AMIA, Fundación Forge and Diagonal.
We have also created two internal networks: the Disability Network and the Gender Network, which promote equality and inclusion within our company in order to fulfill our commitment.

Diversity Committee
We have created a new space to drive and coordinate initiatives aimed at promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment, and to address complaints related to harassment, mistreatment or workplace violence based on gender or sexual orientation. Our guidelines for handling such situations have been shared with the company's employees, along with the appropriate communication channels to address these issues.
