The Company announces that it has sold and transferred two floors of the “261 Della Paolera” tower located in the Catalinas district of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for a total leaseable area of approximately 2,370 m2 and 24 parking units located in the building.
The transaction price was approximately ARS 2,257 million, equivalent to USD 20.4 million (USD 8,600/m2), which was paid in full.
Following this transaction, IRSA retains its rights to 15 floors of the property with an approximate leasable area of 18,180 sq. m., in addition to parking units and other complementary spaces.
