The Company announces that it has sold and transferred three mid-rise floors of the “261 Della Paolera” tower located in the Catalinas district of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for a total leasable area of approximately 3,550 sq. m., 30 parking units located in the building and other complementary units.
The transaction price was approximately ARS 3,433 million, which was paid in full. Following this transaction, IRSA retains its rights to 17 floors of the property with an approximate leasable area of 20,550 sq. m., in addition to parking units and other complementary spaces.
The accounting result of this transaction will be recognized in the Company’s Financial Statements for the 3rd quarter of PF 2022.
