The Company announces that it has sold and transferred one floor of the “200 Della Paolera” tower located in the Catalinas district of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires for a lease area of approximately 1,184 sq. m. and 8 parking units located in the building.
The transaction price was approximately USD 12.6 million (USD 10,600/m2), which was paid in full. Following this transaction, IRSA retains its rights to 14 floors of the property with an approximate leasable area of 16,832 sq. m., in addition to parking units and other complementary spaces. The accounting result of this transaction will be recognized in the Company’s financial statements for the first quarter of fiscal 2023.
