The Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission has informed us that the merger by absorption of the Company with IRSA Propiedades Comerciales SA (IRSA PC), and the dissolution without liquidation of IRSA PC, have been registered.
Likewise, the Company will inform in the next few days the steps to be followed to exchange IRSA PC shares for IRSA shares; and the withdrawal of the public offering in the markets where IRSA PC operates.
