The Intercontinental Plaza is a modern 24-story building next to the Intercontinental Hotel, in the Monserrat neighborhood, in the center of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. We own 29% of the building, which has a gross leasable area of 22,535 m2 and 321 parking spaces. The main tenants are Cognizant Tech Solutions de Arg SRL and Industrias Pugliese S.A., among others.
