The Hotel Intercontinental located in Montserrat was completed in 1994 and in November 1997 we acquired 51% of the hotel from Pérez Companc S.A. Currently a U.S. company called Intercontinental Hotels Corporation (who also operates the hotel) owns 24%. It has 309 rooms, eight meeting rooms, a convention center and a 588 m2 special events hall (which can be divided) and features a restaurant, a business center, a sauna and a gymnasium with a swimming pool.
