Our subsidiary (Panamerican MALL S.A.) developed an office building of 11,242 m2 gross leasable area adjacent to DOT Baires Shopping. It was inaugurated in July 2010, which meant our landing in the growing northern corridor of for-rent offices. The main tenants are General Electric International Inc, Mallinckrodt Medical Arg, Limited, Carrier and Boston Scientific Argentina S.A, Astrazeneca S.A, Covidien S.A, among others.
