In 2004, Alto Rosario revived a story-rich space to accompany the intense and cultural life of the people of Rosario. It is located in Rosario, Santa Fe, in the Scalabrini Ortiz area, where years ago the railroad workshops used to operate. Many of these old railway structures were used to transform them into an integrated commercial project. 100,750 m2 floor area, 28,795 m2 rentable area, 143 commercial proposals, 1,736 parking spaces, 14 food courts, showcase movie theaters with 3,400 seats, playground, children’s museum, railway museum, outdoor events space and COTO hypermarket.
