Commencement of operations in the Argentine real estate market (acquisition, development and purchase of real estate, mainly shopping centers, hotels, land reserves and residential property) and listing of IRSA on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”).
2000-2015
Business growth in Argentina, international expansion and creation of IRSA Propiedades Comerciales (formerly known as APSA).
2015-2024
International diversification, subsequent sale and consolidation in Argentina through the merger with IRSA Propiedades Comerciales. Recent launch of residential projects, including Ramblas del Plata.
